Benedetti, In Class Revision Ideas

For my portfolio assignment, I am going to mainly focus on revising my first paper, the text-based research assignment. For this assignment, I chose to research and write about the sex trafficking problem that is common today in the city of Denver. Although I was passionate about this topic and passionate about the research and information that was found, there are several changes that I will make in the portfolio assignment. I would like to focus on editing the analysis part of my paper, as I find this to be the weakest. My thesis is clear and well-constructed, but the analysis and support is unorganized and isn't as convincing as it should be. To fix this, I plan on reconstructing my entire paper, rearranging all of the paragraphs, and putting in more information/evidence where needed. Instead of just reporting on what I found through my research, I need to utilize my findings to make an argument.
